A start from scratch, the building hadn’t been occupied for over 10 years and you could tell. The strip out of old crumbling partition systems, a suspended ceiling and the plumbing and electrics had seen better days were a mammoth task.

But as soon as this was done the potential in the building could be seen. The new fit out could begin forming various meeting rooms, a break out space and some lovely big open office spaces to house all the team.
