Interiora Projects is a Nottingham-based interior design, fit-out, and refurbishment specialist, transforming workspaces and residential properties nationwide since 2017.
Our concept design and space planning are a key starting point to any project we undertake.

After discussing in length the requirements for your space we the produce a 2D space plan to discuss further with you making sure everything is in the perfect place for your business.

Then once every 2D detail is agreed, the magic begins. We then turn this in to a 3D walkthrough adding colour, materials, structure and life like elements blowing you away with how your space can actually look!

Space planning is the process of organizing and arranging physical spaces in 2D format to optimize their functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. It involves the strategic allocation and arrangement of various elements within a given space, such as rooms, offices, furniture, or entire buildings, to meet specific objectives and requirements.

3D conceptual design is the process of creating visual representations of ideas or concepts in a three-dimensional space. Once a concept is chosen, our designers start creating digital 3D models using specialized software. These models allow the concept to be viewed and manipulated from different angles and perspectives using exact materials proposed for your project.

Our mood boards are visual collages or collections of images, textures, colours, materials and other elements that help convey our concept. Mood boards are instrumental in the early stages of a project to establish a visual direction and provide inspiration to the team.

SPACE PLANNING

Space planning can really help you decide if a new space is the right fit for you and your business. If your upscaling or downsizing you need to know that the space your viewing is going to work long term.

A simple outline of the building isn’t always helpful, but by adding in the offices, collaboration spaces, breakout areas and general office furniture can help you view the space in a more realistic way.

3D CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Its not always easy to imagine how your space could look when the ceiling is hanging down or the current walls are not where you would like them, thats where 3D images can help.

Once a 2D plan is agreed for the way the space works for your business we can begin rendering images using exact materials and colours that work for your budget an concept. Once these have been produced they are a great way to help engage the wider team and get everyone on board for the move forward with your business.
