We were approached by Chord for the design and fit out of their first office to accommodate their fast growing business.

They asked for meeting, office and breakout areas within this second floor office space that had previously been left in a sorry state by the previous occupants.

The space was large enough to fit a large boardroom, a smaller meeting room, a large kitchen which we opened up in to the main open plan office leaving the space feeling light and airy.

The current layout works perfectly for the team and gives them plenty of space to expand for further team members in the future.
